Austin Raleigh
Hi, I’m Austin Raleigh, and I’ve spent over a decade honing my skills in the construction and trades industry. In January 2024, I co-founded Catch All Construction to bring my passion for quality craftsmanship and problem-solving to Lexington and Central Kentucky.
Growing up, I always enjoyed working with my hands and finding creative solutions to challenges. That passion turned into a career that has allowed me to work on fencing, decks, landscaping, concrete flatwork, and hardscape. I’ve also been able to grow my skills in interior remodeling, basic electric and plumbing, and all around handyman projects.
But, no matter the size or scope of the job, I believe in doing it right the first time. At Catch All Construction, our mission is simple: to provide reliable, high-quality services that make life easier for our clients. I’m proud to lead a company that truly “catches it all,” offering expertise and skill for whatever indoor and outdoor projects needed.
When I’m not on the job, you’ll likely find me spending time at home with my children, working on my truck, and brainstorming ways to improve our processes or planning for the next exciting project. For me, nothing beats the satisfaction of helping clients bring their ideas to life.
Terry Smallwood
. Construction has been in my blood since an early age. I grew up around a family-owned construction business, where I learned the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and doing the job right the first time. Being raised in that environment gave me hands-on experience early on and shaped the way I approach every project today.
My background in the construction field includes new installations, full home renovations, and a wide range of home improvement projects. Over the years I expanded my experience into property maintenance, where I further developed my service skills and learned the importance of reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication with homeowners.
I believe construction isn’t just about building or repairing things — it’s about helping people take care of one of their biggest investments: their home. I take pride in treating every project with the same level of care and respect I would give my own home. Looking out for people and making sure they’re taken care of is something that’s always been important to me.
Outside of work, my biggest motivation is my beautiful baby girl who recently turned one year old. Being a father has given me even more drive to build a business based on honesty, quality work, and a reputation people can trust.
At Catch All Construction, my goal is simple: provide dependable, high-quality work and make sure every customer feels confident they made the right call.
